Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Residential Youth Caregiver role for married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on Milton Hershey School’s on-campus homes. Couples reside with 8–13 students, providing supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and eventual placement into a consistent houseparent assignment. Work schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with relocation to Hershey, PA and on-campus housing included. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to drive student vans, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with limited dependents. Employment is a two-person, legally married couple role; both spouses must complete individual applications.
