Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver responsibilities: a two-person, married couple will live on-campus in Hershey, PA as Full-time Flex Houseparents, supervising and mentoring a group of 8–13 students, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role starts on a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule, with eventual placement as a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same group of students. Benefits include relocation assistance and paid training, plus comprehensive health and retirement benefits. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and prior experience with youth; both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and be at least 27 years old.
