Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver duties include living in on-campus student homes as a two-person team to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines and schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Chapel visits, and oversee budgeting and reporting. The role transitions from nine consecutive days on duty with three days off to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Required Qualifications
