Residential Youth Caregiver roles for married couples live in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School, providing care, supervision, mentorship, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and maintaining a structured, family-like environment. The schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same group of students.
