Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver role for married couples to reside in on-campus student homes, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for groups of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from Flex Houseparent to Placed Houseparent. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person couple role
- Legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses age 27 or older
