Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on-campus in student homes at Milton Hershey School, supervising and mentoring a group of approximately 8–13 students, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading devotions and chapel, and overseeing household routines and budgeting. The role begins with a nine-on, three-off cycle and transitions into a placed houseparent assignment with the same student group, providing a structured, family-like living environment and comprehensive benefits. Relocation to Hershey, PA is provided. Requires two legally married spouses (both aged 27+) to fill the two-person position, high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to engage in Judeo-Christian chapel services and daily devotions.
