Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Residential Youth Caregiver (Full-time Flex Houseparents) - on-campus, two-person role providing care and supervision for 8–13 students per home. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship; managing household routines and student schedules; administering medications; driving students to activities; planning developmental and recreational activities; leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel; budgeting and household reporting. Initially work nine consecutive days on, then three off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent in the same student home. Requires relocation to Hershey, PA; on-site housing and meals provided; relocation assistance offered. Qualifications include experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus. Must be a legally married two-person team for at least two years and both spouses must be 27 or older; role emphasizes integrity, professionalism, and being a positive role model in a Judeo-Christian school environment.
