Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Residential Youth Caregiver – couples live on campus as Full-time Flex Houseparents in student homes, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance to 8–13 students. Responsibilities include managing routines, administering medications, driving to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting, and household reporting. Initially, couples work nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent in their own student home. Qualifications emphasize youth experience, a legally married two-person team aged 27+, clean driving record, high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 lbs, and commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus. Relocation to Hershey, PA is provided, with relocation assistance and paid training. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, retirement savings, PTO, and comprehensive coverage; compensation is $46,917 per person (approximately $180,000 total per couple when including housing and meals).
