Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and household routine management for 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Administer medications, drive students to activities, plan recreational engagements, lead devotions, and oversee budgeting and reporting. Operate under a nine-day-on, three-day-off schedule, with unscheduled weekday time while students are in school. Transition to a Placed Houseparent role managing a specific student home after initial support of various homes. Requires a U.S. driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus. Both spouses must be legally married for at least two years, age 27 or older, and complete individual applications.
