Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver responsibilities include supervising and mentoring a group of 8–13 students in an on-campus home, managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, budgeting and reporting. The role begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living/working with the same student group. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, being part of a legally married two-person couple for at least two years, both spouses aged 27+, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and prior experience with youth. The position offers relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits, and includes full-time, on-campus residence duties at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA.
Required Qualifications
