Job Summary
Two-person married couple will reside on-campus as Full-time Flex Houseparents, supervising and mentoring ~813 students in a structured home environment. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning/deploying development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent living arrangement with the same student group. Compensation is $44,768 per person (approx. $168,000 total per couple) plus comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance. For consideration, both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse married for at least two years
- Both spouses age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading devotions and Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
