Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on-campus in student homes, supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent role with same group of students; relocation to Hershey, PA is provided with paid training and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services
