Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-parent, full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes in Hershey, PA, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and a structured, family-like environment for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and guiding students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, and leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. After initial placement in multiple homes with a nine-on, three-off schedule, duties transition to the Placed Houseparent role with a consistent student-home assignment.
