Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married-couple role) reside in on-campus student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide care, mentorship, supervision, and support; duties include administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting; initial schedule is nine days on, three off, with eventual placement in a single student home.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in devotions and chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
