Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver for married couples to live in on-campus student homes, providing care, supervision, and guidance to groups of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentoring, managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and initial nine-on/three-off duty cycle before transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with the same group of students. Requires a two-person, legally married couple, valid driver’s license, HS diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 lbs, willingness to relocate to Hershey, PA, and commitment to a safe, faith-aligned campus environment. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Comfort leading daily devotions and chapel services
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
