Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver role for married couples serving as Full-time Flex Houseparents on Milton Hershey School campus. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, supervise and mentor 8–13 students, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental/recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and begin with a nine-on/three-off schedule before transitioning to a Placed Houseparent in the same student home. Full-time, on-site positions with relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and that both spouses are legally married for at least two years. Both spouses must apply separately. Location: Oceanside, CA, US.
Required Qualifications

- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must complete individual employment applications
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Proven integrity and professionalism in a student-care setting
