Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents position at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for groups of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel attendance, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role over time. The schedule consists of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off.
