Job Summary
Two-person role for married couples as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School, residing on-campus to supervise and mentor a group of approximately 8–13 students, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental/recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and household reporting, with a nine-days-on followed by three-days-off schedule; will transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same student group; benefits include salary per person (approx. $46,917) plus comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance.
