Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver role for two-person married couples serving as Full-time Flex Houseparents in on-campus student homes, providing supervision, mentorship, and activities for 8–13 students; duties include administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning devotions and Chapel visits, budgeting, and household reporting. Initial 9-on/3-off schedule with eventual placement in a shared houseparent role; relocation to Hershey, PA required with comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance.
