Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents needed for a two-person married couple to reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and maintaining a structured family-like environment. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same group of students.
