Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver positions for two-person couples (Flex Houseparents) reside on campus in student homes and provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel attendance, and managing household budgeting and reporting. The role begins with a nine-on, three-off schedule across multiple student homes, eventually transitioning to a fixed living-and-working arrangement with the same student group. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver's license with the ability to become certified to drive student vans, and a legally married couple (at least two years), with both spouses aged 27 or older. Relocation assistance is provided, along with comprehensive benefits.
