Job Summary
Two-person, Full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, and handling budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living in the same student home. Requires a high school diploma or GED, legally married for at least two years, both spouses age 27+, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to obtain van-driving certification. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided, along with comprehensive benefits.”,
Required Qualifications

- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
