Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver for a two-person married couple to reside in on-campus student homes as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, and may transition to a Placed Houseparent living arrangement with the same group of students. Relocation to Hershey, PA is required; the position includes on-campus housing benefits and relocation assistance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and chapel services
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
