Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent roles at Milton Hershey School: couples reside in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines and schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental activities, lead daily devotions, and oversee budgeting and reporting. Initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a placed houseparent in the same student home. Relocation assistance provided; benefits include medical/dental/vision, life and disability insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to drive student vans, fitness to lift up to 50 lbs, and living on a smoke- and weapon-free campus; candidates must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses must be 27 or older.
