Job Summary
Two-person married couple will reside in on-campus student homes as Full-time Flex Houseparents, providing care, supervision, mentorship, daily routines, medication administration, transportation to activities, and planning/developmental/recreational activities for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off to a placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. The role offers relocation to Hershey, PA, and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Sunday Chapel (proselytizing prohibited)
