Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver role for married couples at Milton Hershey School. Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes and supervise a group of about 8–13 students, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support to foster academic, emotional, and social development. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel visits, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine consecutive days on duty with three days off to a Placed Houseparent arrangement living with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person $46,917 (approximately $180k total per couple), comprehensive health benefits, relocation assistance, paid time off, and training. Requires living on campus in Hershey, PA with a two-year married status, both spouses aged 27+, and a valid driver’s license; high school diploma or GED; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus and adherence to campus rules. Required Qualifications

- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years

- Valid U.S. driver’s license

- Comfort leading daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
