Residential Youth Caregiver for Milton Hershey School (two-person Flex Houseparent role) in Spearman, TX. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring a group of approximately 8–13 students, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
