Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married couple sought as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School to reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; later transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students.
