Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes, providing care, mentorship, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel services, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transferring to a placed houseparent role for the same student group. Must be a legally married couple for at least two years, both spouses aged 27 or older, with a high school diploma or GED, and hold a valid U.S. driver’s license. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided; on-site housing and meals are included as part of compensation. The position is based at North Canton, Ohio, with relocation to Hershey, PA involved per posting.
