Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver role for married couples residing on campus in a student home. Provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students, including daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel visits, and budgeting/household reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same student group. Includes relocation to Hershey, PA, and comprehensive benefits and paid training. Requires high school diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, valid U.S. driver’s license, and a two-year married partnership. For consideration, both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse, legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
