Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver role for a married couple to live on campus in student homes, providing care, supervision, and structured activities for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, activities planning, medication administration, transportation, budgeting, and leading devotions and Chapel attendance. Initially nine days on, three days off, with eventual placement in a fixed student-home setting. Includes relocation to Hershey, PA, housing and comprehensive benefits, and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to be certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in devotions and Chapel services
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
Additional Requirements
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Commitment to smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Pet limitations: fish and one dog of approved breeds only
