Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver - two-person full-time Flex Houseparents role at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, provide care, supervision, guidance, and support for 8–13 students; duties include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine-on/three-off schedules to a placed houseparent assignment. Includes relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and paid training. Requires a legally married two-year couple, both spouses 27+, valid driver’s license, youth-work experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two years of marriage (couples)
- Both spouses age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
