Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School live in on-campus student homes with a group of 8–13 students, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care; responsibilities include managing routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in development and recreation, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and following a nine-on/three-off duty cycle before transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role. Requires being a married couple, both spouses age 27+, and completion of individual applications. Includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits. Location: Hershey, PA; on-campus housing provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and must complete individual employment applications
