Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver on Milton Hershey School campus in Hershey, PA. A two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents role where couples reside in on-campus student homes to provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, with an initial nine-on/three-off duty cycle and eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Required Qualifications
- Experience with youth
- Two-person role for couples
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
