Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver role for married couples living on campus in a student home: provide daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance to 8–13 students, manage household routines and schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan developmental and recreational activities, lead devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition from Flex Houseparent to Placed Houseparent. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and responsiveness to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus. Relocation to Hershey, PA is required; this is a full-time, two-person (married couple) position with paid training, comprehensive benefits, and relocation assistance. Both spouses must be 27+ and legally married for at least two years; the role emphasizes mentorship, student development, and a family-like living environment on-campus.
