Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver – a two-person, married-couple role serving as Full-time Flex Houseparents on campus. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, supervise and mentor a group of approximately 8–13 students, manage household routines and schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, and lead developmental/recreational activities. They lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and follow a nine-days-on, three-days-off work cycle before transitioning to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person around $46,917 plus comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid time off, and other on-duty housing/meals. Requirements include experience with youth, full two-person married-couple eligibility, age 27+, clean campus conduct, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a high school diploma or GED. Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or GED
