Job Summary
Couples-residential youth-care role providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and adapting to a nine-days-on / three-days-off schedule before transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with the same group of students. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus. Must be legally married for at least two years, with both spouses aged 27 or older, and up to three dependent children allowed in the home. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided; benefits include comprehensive health coverage, retirement options, and PTO. Required Qualifications

- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
