Job Summary
Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and household routine management for a group of 8–13 students in an on-campus residence. Administer medications, drive students to activities, and plan developmental and recreational engagements. Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel services. Oversee budgeting and household reporting while maintaining a structured, family-like environment. This role requires married couples to reside on campus, with an initial schedule of nine consecutive duty days followed by three days off. Candidates must hold a valid U.S. driver's license, meet age and experience requirements, and commit to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- This is a two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
Desired Qualifications
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
