Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role on Milton Hershey School campus supported by a married couple. The couple resides in on-campus student homes, provides care, mentorship, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students, drives students to activities, plans and engages in developmental/recreational activities, and leads daily devotions and Chapel. initially supports multiple homes on a rotating nine days on / three days off schedule, then transitions to a placed houseparent with the same group of students. Salary per person is $44,768 annually with relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; both spouses must be age 27 or older and legally married for at least two years; relocation to Hershey, PA is required.
