Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) live in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Initially working nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same group of students in their own home. Requires a legally married two-person couple, both spouses aged 27 or older, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and experience working or volunteering with youth. Relocation to Hershey, PA is provided as part of the role, along with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications

- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
