Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus at Milton Hershey School to supervise and mentor a group of approximately 8–13 students, provide care, guidance, supervision, and support, administer medications, drive to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition from nine consecutive days on duty with three days off to a placed houseparent role in a student home. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a legally married two-person couple aged 27 or older, with relocation to the Hershey, PA area and comprehensive benefits including relocation assistance. Responsibilities emphasize supervision, mentorship, safety, faith-based activities, and campus-life operations in a two-person household setting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
