Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent roles at Milton Hershey School—onsite on-campus homes for 8–13 students—are held by married couples who reside with students, supervise daily routines, manage household activities, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead devotions and chapel, oversee budgeting, and provide mentorship. The position includes relocation to Hershey, PA, comprehensive benefits, and a benefits package, with a working schedule of nine days on, three days off during the initial phase, followed by placement in a consistent student-home assignment. Both spouses must apply individually and meet age and marital criteria; a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required. High school diploma or GED is required, and experience with youth is preferred. Relocation assistance is provided.
