Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married-couple role as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Responsibilities include providing daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, conducting daily devotions and Chapel attendance, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The position starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same group of students in their own student home. Relocation to Hershey, PA is provided, along with comprehensive benefits and paid training.
