Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver role for married couples living on campus at Milton Hershey School. Provide care, supervision, and guidance to a group of 8–13 students in on-campus homes; manage household routines, administer medications, and coordinate activities; drive students to activities and lead daily devotions and Chapel attendance; oversee budgeting and household reporting; initial nine-on, three-off schedule with later transition to a placed houseparent standing in a single student home; requires full-time commitment and two-person household leadership, with relocation to Hershey, PA.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to drive student home vans
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
