Job Summary
Two-person married-couple role as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Provide daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation, and engagement in developmental and recreational activities for groups of 8–13 students living in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include supervising routines, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and coordinating activities. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent living with the same student group. On-campus housing and relocation assistance are provided, along with comprehensive benefits. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus; both spouses must complete individual applications for consideration.
