Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Residential Youth Caregiver role for married couples at Milton Hershey School. Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes (initially rotating through multiple student homes on a nine-on/three-off cycle) to provide care, supervision, and mentorship for groups of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing household budgeting and reporting, and ensuring student wellness. The role evolves into a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students in their own home.
