Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver role for a married couple to live on campus and supervise a group of 8–13 students in a home. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The position starts as a Flex Houseparent in multiple homes with a nine-on/two-off schedule, transitioning later to a Placed Houseparent living with the same students. Requires two-person couple eligibility, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; relocation assistance provided. Salary is $46,917 per person ($180,000 total per couple) plus comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision, retirement, and paid time off. Required Qualifications
- Two-person role for married couples
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading devotions and accompanying to chapel
- No smoking on campus with adherence to campus rules
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
