Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married couple to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School, living on campus and supervising 8–13 students, providing mentorship, managing routines, administering medications, driving to activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting; nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement as Placed Houseparents living with the same group of students; relocation assistance provided; must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses aged 27 or older, and able to lift 50 lbs; requires valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to drive student vans; high school diploma or GED required; benefits include health/dental/vision, retirement options, PTO.
