Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver role for married couples living on campus to supervise and mentor a group of 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and lead devotional and chapel activities, oversee budgeting and reporting, with a rotating nine-on/three-off schedule transitioning to a placed houseparent. Requires on-campus residence, full-time commitment, and two-person couple dynamic; relocation assistance provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-spouse two-person role
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- Must be legally married for at least two years
- Spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children in home
