Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver role for married couples at Milton Hershey School. Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes, provide care, supervision, and mentorship to a group of about 8–13 students, manage household routines and schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting, and transition from nine days on / three days off to a placed Houseparent arrangement living with the same student group. Includes relocation to Hershey, PA, with comprehensive benefits, housing, meals, and paid training. Requires a legally married couple for at least two years, both spouses aged 27+, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a high school diploma or GED. Salary is listed per person, with full compensation including housing and meals for the couple.
